Mount Raitoningu is the land where all the Electrical Eels that Chinoike Isamu can summon. The unexplored sagacious land is nothing less than breathtaking as it exhibits unimaginable beauty. The region is a rich land filled with humongous mountains that’d make giant structures inhabited by shinobi look like ants. Spreading as wildfire, grass and trees had overtaken the land becoming nothing but a green society and exposing its electrical occupants to nothing but the purest air to breathe. With no industrialization within the land, everything was noted to be pure. The water’s pH level was purified and even tasted sweet when drunk by humans. For a human to get to Mount Raitoningu, it either takes a year-long journey on secret paths from Kirigakure or, if they have a summoning contract, they can let a eel use the Reverse Summoning Technique. Mount Raitoningu is impossible to find on foot for those who don't know the secret route.

With the rain came the doors that banged, the wind that wanted nothing more than to announce its arrival, to say, "I'm here." And so it went on, the grass outside flattening in waves that reflected the light and the surface of the river covered in waves as if it were in open water. Gravitated onto the grassy-lands, the fictionalized figured back stood up straight, his head plummeted upwards as he could feel the harmonizing wind encase itself around his face. Isamu's red orbs were shielded his eyelids, darkening his all-seeing vision. His legs folded like a pretzel while his hands rested on his knee caps. The recently woken man's mind had not been scattered with unimportant thoughts, a connectional linkage had been rebirthed as the reconstruction of the Six-Tails Beast reemerged. Redemption was the only thing the young Kage could think about. His foolishness and powerful demeanor caused him to kill the Rokubi, one of the greatest mistakes of Chinoike Isamu. Though he had a chance to redeem himself explain his fatal mistakes to the Six Tails Slug. Sealed inside of him was a mutated chakra that stemmed from the Saiken, this allowed for Isamu to communicate with the beast on a mental plane. Focusing on the location of the Saiken, his blurry vision would become clear every second as the mental connection between the two would grow stronger. Tracking the tailed-beast in a foreign land, Isamu would now establish a strong telepathic connection. A man who had never been nervous, overtook his body restricting him from freely talking. Before he could speak, a high energetic voice emerged.

"Isamu-kun, you and Ore meet again."

"Greetings Lady Saiken. It has been a while, let me start off by saying I deeply apologize. My intentions were to never kill you but to bring you back home to Kirigakure. Even though we live in an era of peace, Shinobi hearts are still enslaved to malice, and had been roaming free, there would have been someone to post a threat to you." The sincere words had escaped from his pink lips. Isamu's voice was deep but soft hoping that tailed-beast could hear the compassion invoice.

"Hmm, what you say is believable but is no excuse. Come see me I'm located on the Land of Bananas"

Located in a fictionalized world surrounded by complete darkness the humongous tailed beast stood only five feet from Isamu. This fabricated world was constructed by both the mind of the Saiken and the Mizukage as they connected on a mental plane. His blonde hair stretched to the end of his back as his red ominous optics targeted the white slimy individual. Like broken glass, the mirage had shattered, ending the mental plane and transporting the Mizukage's mental state back to reality. A stream of air exhaled from both his mouth and nose as he had no choice to run from his mistakes. Slowly picking himself up he now knew what he must do. Greeted by the sagacious siamese Eel, his feet stumbled upon the top of Kuro's head. Coating his feet with a purple-hued chakra, Isamu's arms had folded while he practiced a strong and straightforward stance. Rummaging through the air at 25,000 miles per hour, their clear destination was to go to the Land of Bananas.

After the sudden and devastating declaration by the being known as Madoguchi, it would seem as though as he had retreated into the chakra source as fast as he had arrived. Due to this sudden retreat by the alien threat, the world leaders have ordered all citizens' return effective immediately.

It's the mountains. It's the sky. It's the daze brought about by the air pressure this high up above sea level. It's the snake-like lightning beings all around.
It's Raitoningu.
Those are eels, not snakes!
Oooh, did you knew the water in that pond is so purified it's sweet? We have to taste it.
We have Isamu to find! This isn't a holiday resort...

But Kazuo still approached the pond and sipped. The sweet water turned his attention further: He never tasted something this pure, and his senses knew it. He gulped more. Then washed his face. Then resisted the urge to outright bathe in these waters. He had to find Isamu. He didn't expended a contract on an eel for nothing, such that they could teleport here in place of doing one-year pilgrimate through uninhabited secret routes. As he learned a year back, Kazuo chose to do a grid search. Second thoughts took over, and he looked at the pond, seeing an eel slithering into it just in time. With no mood to drink lightning, Kazuo walked slowly and deliberately. He wished he could use the Mind Release, but he could only reveal hostile intent with it.

The young genin finally made it to Unagi-o's humble abode. The sagacious lands were filled with nothing but unimaginable beauty and felt as if one breathed in positive and exhaled hatred from every ounce of their body. The wind gently danced upon the environment and squirmed quietly and tenderly through his clothing. The renowned Eel King's eyes darted towards Kazuo who peacefully drunk the sweetened water, though soon relinquishing himself from the body of water and furthering the distance as he saw an eel swim past his lips. As Kazuo walked slowly, his body would have lightly collided with his sensei's. Had Kazuo turned around his eyes would have met the crimson orbs of Isamu. Within this land, it seemed as if killer intent had not existed, and only indoctrinating his mind to display heartening thoughts. Isamu's hand had run through Kazuo's hair ruffling his dark onyx hair as his face willingly formed a smile. Without verbally greeting his pupil, he casually walked past the genin bending down to level with the pond and sliding his hands into the saturated water. Emitting a mini electrical field the tiny eel recognized Isamu's nervous system, and immediately coiled its body around his middle finger. Turning towards his Kazuo, he extended his hand showing the young shinobi the eel had bared no harm.

"You shouldn't be scared of something you don't understand. Kazuo-kun I think you'll find Eels to be useful comrade when in battle."
Isamu's voice was gentle and encouraging as he hoped his and Kazuo's fingers would connect in order for the eel to swirl around Kazuo's finger. After the worlds escaped his lips, Isamu pulled a skinny yet long scroll that opened upon touching the ground. There the scroll bore the names of those who signed the summoning contract with the Eels of Mount Raitoningu. The last names that were written in blood were Chinoike Isamu and Tsuchigumo Sumato. If Kazuo signed he would represent the third generation of Eel summoners.

Sudden contact with Isamu would be startling, had Kazuo not known him so well. The hand falling on his long hair was too familiar to provoke anything but a smile. "Sensei" - he nodded quietly as he watched and listened: despite Isamu's words, his eyes were fixed on his hand, and grew a bit larger as it took up the eel and transferred it to his fingers, which drew to his beforehand, seemingly by themselves. Only reason he was doing nothing was because of Isamu's power and status: Nothing he could imagine could as little as hurt Isamu.
Our imagination will grow wilder someday...
The eel on Kazuo's hand swirled all over it, leaving cold and pleasant sensation all over it. Kazuo focused on its head and it returned eye contact, seemingly acknowledging it. This small thing could be his war companion. Such might in such a small thing... - Insofar as at no less than what would do for Shinobi's companion.

Kazuo almost didn't see the scroll before him, transfixed upon the eel. Slight smile from his part made the eel return favor: by swirling all over his hand, then arm and then back to his finger. The sensation was tingling, and the genin's body shook slightly. Now, Kazuo felt subtle but seemingly profound lightning chakra, harmoniously seeping into his arm. His senses hightened, his body invigorated, his mind sensing the joy of the eel. It took to his liking. Only then did he noticed the scroll. The names of his two sensei's were almost watching him through their bloodied letters. He understood enough of the ways of such things: A contract written in blood. It would let him summon these eels at will, if blood is drawn from.... right, the hand that wrote the contract. Doing so by writing on a scroll was common, tattooing a contract less so. Once signed, it persisted beyond death.

The permamence of such an action made Kazuo hesistant, but this was the one time the voices were silent. Nothing was left but to shake the eel to Kazuo's left hand. As soon as his right reached his left, the eel leaped to his left arm, apparently understanding of what was to happen. His left hand was fully free to draw the Kunai to puncture his right index finger, travelling to the spot beneath Sumato's name to seal the deal.

Blood sealed the deal, as it formed Kazuo's name beneath Sumato's. Once that was done, the feeling of the eel swriling around his arm expanded, as it seemed to celebrate the occasion. Such an eel could be summoned by him now, with a little of his blood. Or a lot more, for an adult eel, or two. Or more, if he was truly generous. Summoning demanded offering in blood: its inherent power could not be easily aped. But what if Kazuo wore his blood in blood bags, thereby extending his ability to expend it? Already he wondered how to game the system, optimize.

"Is it only blood they'll accept?" - he asked Isamu after a while.

Blood is a body fluid in the circulatory system of humans and other vertebrates that delivers necessary substances such as nutrients and oxygen to the cells and transports metabolic waste products away from those same cells. The iron-rich liquid was a powerful source within the shinobi world. A single drop of blood carried the genetic code of an individual that held the answers to their rare abilities and could be used to fabricate an individual and their chakra source. Blood could also be manufactured into a weapon, strategically staggering an opponent had they ingested it as it consisted of poisonous components. The iron-rich fluid could curse one had it loosely escaped their body, and could make them a human puppet influenced by voodoo. Blood was life and death, had all of it escaped one's body it would be the ending of one's life. During this ceremony, blood had only played a supplementary role in contracting Kazuo to summon Eels.

Smugging his blood onto the scroll, Kazuo had signed a contract that he would never regret a day in his life. The genin was a step closer to achieving the secrets of his master's power and accumulating legendary thunderous abilities from his companions. Isamu's orbs followed the fingers carefully as he willfully sprout out blood to write implant his name. The crimson-colored liquid was appealing and for a second formed small drips of sweat on his forehead as he missed the taste of ingesting one's blood. The stench oxidized and corroded the Mizukage's nose, tempting him to drag his feet closer to Kazuo and absorb as much blood as he possibly could. With enough willpower and Kazuo's voice pulled him from his blood lust and summoned him back to reality.

Isamu clapped his hands together to further prevent himself from going on a manic episode. His face managed to form a smile, revealing his triangular sharp teeth, and peered into Kazuo's purple orbs. "Similar to your body, summonings are dependent on both blood and chakra. You'll need to first draw blood, while simultaneously drawing the necessary amount of chakra needed for the summoning you're trying to transport to your location. The chakra you expel is proportional to the power of the Eel you are trying to summon." Isamu explained carefully. Every word had not been wasted and was intended to enter his pupil's ears and reside within his brain. While verbally explaining the process to his student, he drew blood from his body without needing to damage his skin. Thrusting his left hand onto the ground, he emitted the required chakra concurrently, and a medium-size black-hued kanji appear beneath his palm. A cloud of smoke camouflaged the entity that was transported to the shinobi location.

The ground rumbled and a sizzling sound echoed throughout the smoke. The wind slowly dispersed as it traveled in the direction of the wind and displayed the results of the Isamu summoning technique. Standing in between Kazuo and Isamu, was the Mizukage's first electrical eel summoning, Shokka. Shokka had a long, narrow body with long dorsal and anal fins. His backbone is made up of over 100 vertebrae which makes it very flexible. Contracting the muscles into it's lower body, Shokka drew closer to Kazuo. It's nostrils expanded, sniffing the kid before him as he wanted to familiarize himself with the stench. "Ah so Lord Isamu finally granted me a new play toy huh?" the childish voice left Shokka's lips. Lightning coated Shokka's body and extended slowly until it reached Kazuo. It seemed Shokka intended to see if the new apprentice was honorable enough.
