Kyaro for one was annoyed with his bestfriend for the ridiculous display she always puts on when she gets too excited or pissed about thing, but dealing with her excitement was more tolerable. Either way, sending her on the mission as well most likely gave them an even better chance at completely the mission and returning without.. too many casualties. As such, another appeared in his office, and from the scent as well as the chakra signature alone he was able to tell exactly who it was. "Quite the entrance you made there Okami." Finally taking the time to look up at his old buddy to hear his comments on why he visited the office. Before he'd answer, Kyaro reached over to grab the blunt he previously had only moments before, sparking it back up and continuing to smoke it while speaking out. "It's always something with Sayuki. But regardless, i'm glad you're here. I Actually have 2 missions for you. Nanika Sensei stopped by earlier and informed me of two giant wolverine like creatures near one of the lesser villages. She told me the villagers call them "The New Age Bijuu". I need them both captured alive and taken to The Valley Of Clouds And Lightning. Mito is already on the way there, I need you to protect her while im stuck here for the next hour and 30 minutes. However, Sayuki is also going since she'll increase the chances of this being successful, especially since it may only be the three of you going. We don't know what their abilities yet so that's going to make things more difficult. Finding them however won't be a problem, I was told they're becoming very.. 'problematic'. As for the second mission, if all goes to plan, i'll send you on the mission back to Land Of Demons, i'll even come with you; and depending on how that goes. We may get to go on the hunt for this.. Legendary 9 tails creature. Im sure that'd be enough to peak your interest, am I right?"

Commission - Okami Kitsune Nametag.png

Okami would listen intently as Kyaro explained the two missions to him, and both knew that since the second one was more personal in nature and for obvious reasons. The first was to connect with his clan's ancestral roots and thus gain a better understanding of himself, his powers, and how to use them, and the second was that now that Okami was of sufficient rank and skill level, there was no better time for him to gain a summoning contract of his own. This reason also connected to the third and somewhat less personal reason that Kyaro was correct about being of interest to him: The Nine-Tailed Fox that had been spotted roaming the Land of Fire. There were very few things, if any, that Kyaro knew interested him as much as the prospect of meeting the legend face-to-face. A living relic of their world's bloody past, and one that possessed the wisdom and experience necessary to keep it from happening again. Okami would cross his arms over his chest as he vocally summarized the fact he was about to have a very busy day indeed.

"So, let me get this straight. In that order, you want me to go with Mito and Sayuki to help them restrain and capture two beings that can apparently rival a Tailed Beast in power both individually and together, while making sure to keep them alive and not harming them more than necessary mind you, and then you want to join me on my own personal mission when for all we know you could be needed back here at any time. And then, time permitting of course, you want to help me find and, if possible, retrieve the Nine-Tailed Fox from Land of Fire knowing fully well that our neighbors in Konoha will definitely go after him as well. Thus leading to every possibility of a fight. If this is all correct, then I just have one thing to say... Where do I sign?" Okami said, the feral grin he was sporting at the end giving away his clear interest. The last four words were more along the lines of a rhetorical question, one that said he was joining in on the fun and not a soul would be able to tell him otherwise.

"In all seriousness though, I had a feeling today was going to be busy, and sometimes I do hate being right. But it beats being bored all day, that's for sure. Also, as for your paperwork... Have you ever considered using shadow clones or something to help get it done faster? You get all the information when they're dismissed so technically you'd still be doing it all." Okami said, a sly smirk on his face as he used another Body Flicker to leave for the streets of the village so he could make whatever preparations he needed to for the long day he knew he was going to have,

Shortly after Okami left the office, the group had ended up meeting at the gate, and he knew the signatures of the group that were gathered. During his continuous planning for the village, Kyaro stood up once more to take a small break and look out at the village. Within a few moments of doing so, he was able to tell that the group he sent to capture his wolverines had been interrupted by two more individuals. The two shinobi who had appeared were jonin level just like the group he sent on the mission. From what he was sensing, Okami was the first person to get an encounter which he honestly expected since he felt the chakra signature of the Kitsune dart off on his own instead of sticking with the others. All the Raikage could do at this point was shake his head in pure disappointment for the events that transpired. Though one thing was for sure, his irritation immediately began to grow as the seconds went by since Okami's main objective was to protect his wife. However, since Sayuki and Nanika were still with Mito, their chances of survival was still pretty high on the charts so Kyaro had no need to worry about them in these moments. Within, the next few moments; the chakra signature of his sensei spiked and was rapidly getting closer to Kyaro which confused him on why she was returning from the mission as a whole, and especially without the others. All things were indeed going to come to light within a few moments, and depending on what the situation was, is going to determine what the next course of action will be.

Not too much longer after he felt her signature getting closer to him as she was climbing the mountain his building rested upon, and about after a minute without even needing to communicate with one another; Kyaro opened the window and stepped to the side, allowing for Nanika to effortlessly leap inside from her current position on the mountain. Once inside, he could see the look in her eyes which was indeed filled with worry for the village if this approaching source of chakra happened to be from an enemy. But Nanika didn't waist any time getting to the point and the reason of whys he had turned around and returned to the village in the midst of a mission. "The reason i've returned is because i've sensed an extremely powerful source of chakra and intent, one that's even worse than Sayuki's and it heading in this direction at a rapid pace. At the moment I don't have time to explain everything that's going on with the mission outside of a slight interruption, but Sayuki is doing a fantastic job with calling shots, and Mito is working with her to ensure everything goes smooth. But if i may suggest something to you, Okami needs to be demoted of his rank. I'm sure they'll tell you more on the matter when they return, but for now we need to prepare for whatever is coming this way from the Land Of Water, whatever this thing is, it isn't human." After retrieving the information from his sensei, Kyaro realized the situation at hand, and since Mito was already out on the mission and out of harms way in case this thing headed towards them did seem to be here for ill intent, his #1 priority was to make sure his second wife, who was also the 8th Raikage was safe, especially since she was pregnant with his child.

Though, in response to what was being said about Okami, all the Raikage could do was shake his head in disappointment while letting out a sad sigh of what transpired involving him. It turns out, the descendant of the 9 tails himself was turning out to be no better than a mere Genin, in fact, even a Genin knows not to rush out like that as anything or anyone could be lurking and waiting for a moment to take advantage of a situation which is exactly what happened by the sound of things and from what he was sensing himself. "First let's tend to the immediate matters, scout the village from the roof and make sure its only one signature. If this thing you speak of is headed directly this way then there must be a reason, and I intend on finding out what that reason is myself." Kyaro walked back to his desk and took a seat in his chair just as calmly as he's done previously and waited patiently until he was able to sense this "creature" and for whatever it was to arrive in the village where he could take matter into his own hands. "As for Okami, i'll determine on what his punishment will be depending on how bad things are explained by Sayuki and Mito, its one thing to put yourself in danger out of your own lack of better judgement, but putting the lives of others in danger is something that risks your Rank, especially when the members of the team are my family members. The consequences will depend on how bad things were, but it seems like someone may be getting demoted back to Genin or the Academy. A jonin should know better than to make mistakes even a child knows not to make."

It was another long night in the office as the Raikage, and Kyaro had finally finished up the paperwork which he was putting off to make sure his best friend ans second wife Komon was getting around alright and being taken care of properly. During the duration of her pregnancy, she started to normally go to sleep around 11:00 PM and sleep through the night. As such, this is when the youngest Raikage to date decided to actually get his paperwork done, but of course with the aid of his clones to make things go by faster and smoother. Though on this particular night, it was something he had on his mind and it was also something that needed to be addressed, things from his past, things that actually caused him great pain in ways only a few people could understand. Looking over towards the cabinet next to his desk was the scroll of the thunder god resting on the 5th shelf from the bottom. Kyaro would let out a small sigh then grab a hold of the scroll, and began walking to the door which leads outside of the office and into the hallway, after reaching the halls, then proceeding to close and lock the office door behind him, his stroll continued until he was officially outside of the building then finally made his way to the roof. On this roof was a special door which revealed a small metallic room that looked as if it should be some kind of holding cell. As such, the Raikage went inside and proceeded to place the scroll onto the floor after opening it. Once he did so, the words "Thunder God's Temple" was written inside the scroll, and since the scroll was infused with Raijin Chakra. The apprentice is the only one able to use the scroll as it requires the DNA as confirmation before the scroll itself becomes active. As such, Kyaro took this time to use his fangs to make a small nick on his thumb then proceeding to trace the markings on the scroll itself. After a couple seconds, the blood faded into the scroll and caused the markings to glow a bright purple coloration before the entire room became engulfed in lightning and mist as if there was a miniature storm being created before Kyaro finally performed the sacred hand seals to be transported into the realm. These hand seals are "Tล - Retsu - Zen - Pyล." Once these hand signs were created, a lightning bolt came crashing down on the cell area followed by a thunderclap without doing damage to the area. and with that, the miniature storm within the cell completely Vanishing. The silence that was left in the night of the Village with a mysterious cloud within the sky in the shape of the torso of a guardian remained hovering above the village.

Now appearing in the same manner as he disappeared from the Village was none other than Kyaro, but when the mini storm dispersed, the area of the Thunder God's Temple was revealed. The location is depicted as a celestial like space composed from numerous thunderstorm clouds with multiple temple structures placed around in random areas throughout the area, added with multiple stair like structures that appear as lightning strokes instead of actual stairs themselves all inside of an endless void with the appearance of a galaxy.

Thunder God Temple.png

Normally, Kyaro only visited this area for his "conversations" with Lord Raijin. Though this time, he was visiting the beast who was responsible for the death of his family now that he was finally captured. Making his way inside one of the Temples sacred areas where the beast was being held, and finally putting his hands into his pockets as he approached. "This is a suitable look for you creature, your size and power means absolutely nothing here. You belong to me now, and if I see fit I'll do with you whatever I damn so please. Now answer me, out of all the shinobi you who were after you that day. Why did you decide to devour my mother, my father, and my twin sister. My sister wasn't even a shinobi yet, and my parents fought to protect you. Yet you decided to eat them, was it rage? Boredom? Or simply just because you could? I may not be able to kill you, but I can make you wish you could be killed. So start talking, and don't make me repeat myself creature." The creature who was being reffered to was none other than Gyuki, the 8 tails; Completely chained up within the temple and rendered completely helpless due the chains restraining it not only making it unable to use chakra, but it also greatly weakens Bijuu to the point they are only able to make slow movements and are only as strong as your average humpback whale; added with the fact that Kyaro, as the Thunder God's Apprentice is able to control everything within the domain including the chains.

โ€œBleh,โ€ the Saikลdaihyล spoke out as he tried to continue to search his pockets. There was a moment of hesitation before he continued speaking, he even smiled as he noticed that peculiar feeling of being watched. It was all too easy, he neednโ€™t even use chakra sensory. The idea of someone somewhere thinking they were safe and hidden, but they werenโ€™t at all. It was humorous to him. Whenever things like this happened, the others would notice his expression and catch on as well. Just like they had this time. However, they did not change anything in their actions or body language. Not only that but whatever chakra sensory mechanism they would be using to track the four they would find useless and would run into the same problem as the former Kazeage, each and every one of their clothes was created out of a unique, natural mineral present in the Land of Earth that would disrupt sensory of this form. Essentially, itโ€™d be similar to static interference and the sensor would find nothing but their chakra being pushed away like a magnet repelling. They continued as is and the Saikลdaihyล continued to educate the others as he walked through the village. There were a few odd things about what was occurring though because one, the Raikage had a schedule of their arrival as a meeting had been scheduled. So they were not unknown and this was not random. And two, did he really send amateurs? The party of four turned a corner into an alleyway momentarily out of sight before reappearing on the other side. They continued walking, but as the second of the two assassins finished speaking theyโ€™d find a voice coming from right behind them as if it were right next to their ears.

โ€œIs that so?โ€ The Saikลdaihyล chuckled behind them, amused by their thought process. He was squatted down behind them, one of his arms resting across his knee and the other positioned over the top, his palm open holding his face up. There was a bored expression on his face and he clearly showed no intention of harming them. So whatever they decided to do would be the outcome of their consequences. โ€œEnlighten to me as to why the Raikage has assassins following us?โ€ The Saikลdaihyล said sharply and in a sight tone of irritation, โ€œIs this an attempt of an assassination? I would love to hear from you two yourselves.โ€ There were a few things that needed to be digested to what had just occurred. The first is, how had the Saikลdaihyล moved so quickly from that location to here? Had these two assassins glanced back over at the road, theyโ€™d still see the four clay clones, which would be indistinguishable without the proper procedure, walking toward the building and into it. Making their way through the office and into the Raikageโ€™s office. These clones had been manifested in the blindspot of an alley. Which gave ample time for the Saikลdaihyล to leisurely move through the area and up behind these two assassins. How they had been located was even simpler. The fact they were trying to use a chakra suppression technique as well as a chakra-based technique to hide even more against someone who was so chakra-sensitive he did neednโ€™t chakra sensory techniques to feel chakra, it was essentially a light flickering on and off due to the abilities being used were practically antithesis. Not only that, but not many were moving around this late at night so it made it even easier. The other team of assassins would also have similar experiences to this team with them having images of the Saikลdaihyล behind them.

Meanwhile, the four had been welcomed in with a smile and the four made their way looking around in captivation. They also returned the smiles, but they were more so focussed on the building than the kunoichi, scoping it out essentially. They hadnโ€™t even glanced at her once until she had begun speaking. โ€œWhy thank you,โ€ the Saikลdaihyล replied charmingly to the woman. โ€œThe welcome has been quiet โ€ฆ welcoming.โ€ In the meantime, the other three spread out to the corners of the room with no intention of interrupting the conversation or anything that was occurring. They had merely merged into the background and were only spectators. Finally, the Saikลdaihyล replied to the other woman, โ€œOh my! I wished I looked as young as you,โ€ he exclaimed excitedly, โ€œYour skin is beautiful and young. While mine is becoming old and wrinklyโ€ he touched his perfect, flawless skin with his finger. โ€œWell, Iโ€™m getting there.โ€ He giggled, โ€œAnyways, let us get down to business, shall we? Where is that beautiful, muscular Raikage of yours.โ€

After waiting what felt like minutes just to get a response to his question, the young Raikage grew impatient and slowly stood up from where he was sitting. Kyaro glanced at the beast one last time before turning his back to him and walking away towards the scroll, he'd give a wave of his hand which caused the chains around Gyuki to become tight enough around his body to the point he was completely lifted from the ground in a restrained manner as well as the chains around his neck becoming tight to a point where it'd feel as if he was suffocating but left just enough looseness for him to be able to gasp in order to gain a tiny bit of air. "I'm going to leave you like that for another week, each time you refuse to answer me, or take too much time answering me, this will be repeated. And if you manage to catch your breath, well, i'll just have to tighten them again to repeat it. Be thinking about your answer until I return." With that, the lightning accumulation that had transpired when he first arrived will happen once more before completely disappearing from the Thunder God's Temple. After a few moments, the cloud guardian above the village began spinning at a rapid pace as the scarlet colored lightning going through it changed the tint of the village, giving the entire village a reddish hue as the sound of thunder began going off before 12 bolts of lightning crashed down on the top of the building before the cloud itself along with everything else disappeared, meanwhile the lightning strikes themselves began shrinking to the size of a person.

Once Kyaro arrived back within the village, he noticed there was not only a group of people around amongst buildings, but there were clones along with the shinobi from Land Of Earth being restrained by his guards. He was fully aware that he had a meeting with the Daimyo, but if escalated like this within the span of literally not even 2 minutes, something had to set it off. Now the only question the young Raikage had was what caused the stir up between the guards and the earth ninja and why, while the visitors from land of arrived earlier than the scheduled time, things still shouldn't have gotten out of hand as much as it seemed to have gotten since he's been in the realm. On top of which, due to the information and experiences he's gaining from his clones, there are more inside, Assuming the one inside was the real person he was supposed to be meeting with he made his way into the office, rather this was a clone or not didn't matter to him in the slightest. He simply wanted to get things over with as soon as possible, especially since he had other important matter to deal with and worry about. Eventually, one could hear the static of electricity going through the halls. This was due to the Raikage chakra type making his body naturally electric/heated so sparks came off of his body with each step. While having a serious attitude about him, his expression once he arrived remain relaxed but before getting to the reason they were gathered together there was something he needed to address first. "So i've noticed a lot of your clones spread through the village, and i'm also aware of the fact they've been surrounded by my guards. I'm sure you can shed some light on the situation, why don't you tell me what happened during the time i've been in my temple, along with the reason for your early visit. We were schedule for sunrise, why arrive now at 1AM?"

A man of the watchful eye, no detail went unnoticed. His visions penetrated the shackles of the submarine as it remained submerged within the abyss. As confident as he was in his abilities, Isamu could not engage in battle blindly. Isamu's eyes throbbed as he could steadily feel his chakra collecting there. His auditory and visual prowess became an innate ability of his and extended onto the foreign land. Even though he far exceeded the rank of Anbu, his training and mental fortitude remained the same as he was here for only one particular reason...to retrieve the daughter of The Seer. While his chakra was concealed by the small ship's barrier system, he took the time to analyze the land before setting foot on it. Isamu's visual prowess far exceeded that of just ordinary chakra sensory but traced one's life force that he could use to predict their next series of movements or determine if they were dead or alive. His ears synchronized with his crimson orbs easily sharing the same distance as his visual range. Centered in the middle of the ship he stood motionless and his face had not managed to rally an expression. Staring absentmindedly ahead, his vision penetrated through the metallic walls and traversed throughout the foreign land. It felt like the wind was nipping against his telescopic vision as he began to rapidly sense the chakra, life-force, and sound emitting both within and outside of one's body, carefully letting him deduce the woman who he was looking for. Within a few minutes, he was able to locate the woman whose blood shared a striking resemblance to the Ashida Lord and The Blood Witch of the Mist. Her ebony skin and onyx black hair shared a striking resemblance to who Isamu once addressed as 'sensei'. The infrastructure the woman rested in was the tallest tower in the village with a kanji symbol that read 'lightning'. The interior design and the stacked papers became all too well to the likes of Isamu whose setup was fairly different but looked the same. It was safe to assume this was the Raikage's office.

"Bingo". Isamu opened his mouth, a tense look on his face as his hand gestured upward signaling for the captain to raise the ship slightly above sea level.

Popping open the door, darkness once more emerged as the sun traversed elsewhere leaving the moon in charge to keep watch of the inhabitable planet. Unsheathing the infamous fangs of Kirigakure from his back, Isamu's arms extended straight towards the sky channeling a small portion of his chakra into the lightning-imbued blades. The process was rather quick and his blades shimmered with a blue electrical current that engulfed the twin swords, harshly sizzling as the lightning became too powerful to sit idle within the blades. Isamu's hands shivered with the jolting of the blades but were not to be mistaken as if Isamu was unable to control lightning. His magnifying vision studied the land, familiarizing it, so he could determine the range of his jutsu. Looking at his pupil Kazuo, he verbalized his concern for him and uttered the outcome of him dying had he stood one meter too close. The humongous streams of lightning escaped from the blades imprisonment and soared into the sky of The Village Hidden in Lightning. The buzzing and hissing, trembled with anger as it jolted upwards sending an electrical essence into the clouds, allowing the Mizukage to create natural lightning strikes from any location. Drawing upon a large thunderous cloud to his liking, supplementing the power of natural lightning that he could control. With strings of lightning moving at a speed of 1/1000th of a second to reach the ground. It was deemed damn-near impossible for one to sense the raw lightning, dodge, and/or attempt to mold chakra and combat the stream of lightning that had not contained an ounce of chakra within them. The floods of lightning were unbiased and conveniently aimed at the Iwagakure shinobi, though these were not the only targets of Isamu's lightning. Flooding Kumogakure with uncontrollable lightning, it stuck down with might causing the ground to shock and awaking each villager from their slumber into a panic state. Thunderbolts crashed down producing small pools of flames that slowly ignited surrounding buildings, chaining the fire together until it formed a puddle of flames.

966ec1ccfd6967a19bc6f73a47f10919.png

Within this chaos, the Mizukage's face that was once drawn blank now smiled as if a sudden beam of light illuminated the Earth. His shark-like triangular teeth flickered as he enjoyed the hellish scenery before him. "Formation C" Isamu's voice triumphed above the chucking and cheering that emerged from the masked shinobi who kept their distance. Releasing his grip from the blades, Isamu placed his hands near his side while the blades remotely remained in the air as it continuously catalyzed the onslaught of lightning. Using his dojutsu to read both the thoughts, life-force, and chakra Isamu was able to use his highly perceptive and analytical skills to synch his chakra and hand seals to both of his hunter-nin. Simuatemously forming the same hand seals, the three shinobi were able to summon their collaborative jutsu. Within a second of completing their hand seals and molding the necessary chakra, siphoning liquid precipitation from the newly formed stormed clouds came pouring down moving at a speed of 20 mph. After the misty rain came into fruition, one would truly show how powerless one was without the ability to command chakra the way one wanted to. Isamu's pupil would not share the same faith as his targets, allowing Kazuo to fight at full capacity had he wished to.

Removing themselves from the submarine's confines, the four shinobi were no longer guarded by the ship's chakra suppression barrier technique. With the ability to completely mask his chakra system, Isamu combined this ability with his silent killing technique allowing him to remove in complete silence and not draw attention to himself. "Today is the day you prove to me that you are worthy to hold the rank as a Chunnin. Your goal is to defeat and capture the Ashida princess. Like the former Daimyo, she may possess Erasure Release a Kekkei Tora that destroys you on a molecular level." Isamu's words were sent telepathically to his student. Even though he had faith in his student, he knew that the upcoming battle could be the cause of the genin's death, but was a testament to how much Isamu believed in him.

Liquidfiying his body, Isamu soon utilized the pre-existing water molecules to travel towards his destination. Through the use of the Water Flicker Jutsu, he was able to travel a great distance, now appearing at the entrance of the Raikage's building. With mysterious telepathic control over the Kiba swords, they followed after him and appeared behind his side only a few seconds later. Hiding his appearance from the world he pressed forward in hopes to approach the Raikage and forcefully make him retreat one of his shinobi back into the Land of Water's possession. Those who attempted to block his pathway to the Raikage's office soon met their demise as the Mizukage tilted his head towards the enemy forces and willingly broke his secret identity to make eye contact with those born with naked eyes. The fallen bodies became victims of Isamu's sinister touch, infusing his chakra into the immobilized beings. He and his pupil's silent steps ascended to the top of the building for their encounter with the Raikage.

With no idea of what was happening, the people of Kumogakure would potentially blame the Supreme Leader of the Land of Earth, as problems had not existed before his arrival. Potential casualties, hospitalizations for severe injury, and the burning of businesses all happened at once. Hidden in the shadows, it was safe to assume that the Land of Earth declared war against the Land of Lightning.

Kazuo marched on silently, right behind his master. Making way when his footmen assumed the formation, he marveled the spectacle his master caused, confident that someday he'll possess similar power or die trying. Whatever Isamu did, Kazuo would now stay behind him, distance depending if he was casting collaboration jutsu. He marched with the mightiest Shinobi he knew, surrounded by doom and calamity of all but him and his battle brothers. His spirits were high. Too high.

Then he received the mission debrief through telepathy. Ashida princess. Defeat and capture. Kazuo rummaged through his mind to see if he knew anything. Right, twenty-something Jonin... Erasure release?

For the first time in the mission, Kazuo's face depicted true fear. Forget scorching fire, suffocating water, air and earth trauma. Erasure release was eldritch in comparison, disassembling your body outright.
Now we get to be brave.
In fear?
It's the only time you get to be brave.

As his master water-flickered away to Raikage's compound, Kazuo feared for a moment to ride the lightning under such stormy circumstances. He steeled himself, increasing the stability of his chakra, coating it such that there be an electromagnetic shell around him, keeping any environmental lightning from interfering with him. Then, just like before, he was carried by pure energy to thunder in behind Isamu. His mere sight made guards drop dead. Kazuo feared how he'd do, feared Erasure release, but most of all... he feared the power he owed so much. The single question: "Do you actually have what it takes?", infused him with bravery. Just in case, he drew sword. Even before he could sense the Father that they were clearly heading towards, in order to get the daughter, he sensed hostile intent through his Mind release. A thing full of potencial, and something Kazuo wasn't yet true master of: It was likely the sense was from more distant signatures all over the city.
If I was a princess, and wielded power of molecular annihilation, what would I do? Run? Face us head-on? Stand by Father? She'll stand by father... no need to push your luck... right?

Mito stood in her own secret office writing to the Anbu black, 13th unite about the data they collected from the Yami Continent regarding a growing empire that is conquering bigger competitors "Kyaro must know of this so we can prepare when this threat reaches our continent" she rolls up the scroll, bites her thumb to draw the symbol messenger in her blood, this would summon a small QIlin with an ugly lime green scaled body with a small round head, thin dark green mustache while the frills on its back is a translucent green going all the way to the tail. Terrible color to choose from but she didn't really care as long this little critter is doing its job effectively, she'll spare its life until it begins to mess up "Take this to the anbu headquarters" she orders, and the little qilin nods in response then take the whole scroll in its mouth before vanishing like a tiny firecracker before a series of lightning bolts struck the area where many people were located as well every other area was getting struck by lightning, this caused Mito to turn around and order the hidden anbu to deploy all chunin rank shinobi's to evacuate the population into underground storm bunkers, having experienced storms like this for most of her life, Mito knows how to avoid these events with better precaution.

Feel something is off about this meeting between the Earth Daimyo and her husband, The 9th Raikage, having heard about the land of wind becoming the land of earth territory she has a strong feeling this man will make this nation into another colony has made the woman growl in anger, this foreigner will get a real surprise when she shows what being a hidden cloud ninja truly means, against a village of brittle hidden stone ninjas. Preparing to call the secretary to the room, Mito sensed a foreign chakra signature in the harbor, three chakra signatures appearing out of nowhere now began to traverse through the village "Shanlong!" she calls out, and the little Qilin appeared from the symbol on the desk, beckoning to her summoning "Tell my husband we have uninvited visitors in our village" she orders and then the little creature left as soon it was given a job to do while Mito's body began to materialize into a black mist that entered the cracks in the window and flew off to meet the enemy head-on. Flying over buildings caught ablaze by the lighting strikes while dozens of infrastructures were damaged, people ran to whatever safety they had, chunin rank cloud ninjas doing their best to evacuate while trying not to get struck themselves has made things much more difficult since they can't combat against natural lightning. Once she sees the three men inside a mist, she materialized back to her physical form and crash lands a few yards from them, releasing her murderous killing intent to let them know she is there with them in the mist, there to send them back alive or dead.
