"Do you believe in gods...boy? My name is Joy and Laughter, it is Power and Providence. I am The Light, now walk into it."

The dawn will come. It will come from despair and hatred, from solace and solitude. Like a setting sun it shall wane only to rise again. It shall linger, in hearts, as it does on the horizon. Like the children that grow from the nourishment of its light, the dawn shall gorge and grow upon the void, the hole in each and everyone of them. An addict would understand it best. An endless abyss with an endless NEED to fill it; the dawn understood it better than anyone else. He understood what it felt like, for a pure soul to be scarred by a corrupted world till its light could no longer push back against the ever entrapping shadows encroaching in. The dawn understood it, because that is all that it lives for. For years it has fallen and has risen. For generations it has denied the Pure Lands of its grace, lingering in the world that needed it most, lingering in the hearts that kept it alive. Because that is ALL that it lives for. It lives on for Joy, for Laughter, to deliver Power and Providence. When twilight fades and the night settles in, as darkness begins to take its place on the throne, the dawn will come.

On this day, the sun rose not from the east, but from the south. On this day, the dawn returned. It returned at its very namesake, the Land of Sun. A land of scattered islands devoid of village or shinobi, a holy place which few have step foot upon since founding of the first clans. It is a place buried in mysteries born of sailors' mouths that swear the place is bathed in constant day.

"Ya aint gon anywhere boi, I tell ya the place is haunted!"
"Dammit Wallace for the last time don't call it haunted! I want no curses 'round here ya hear me? It is a sacred place. Get it right before the gods punish you a third time."
"Twas no Gods that day. Don pay no mine to yo motha boi she a fine ninja but she ain't no sailor. If she couldn walk on water she be a drowner. Now ya listen here, it was a dark stormy night and the lads 'n I were chasing after what we thought were a light house right? Small little golden light waaaaaaaaaaaay out in the distance. We knew the currents had taken us south of the mist but none us reckon just how far from home we'd been pulled. And I tell ya boi something pulled us to that there island that night. Water n wind going erry which way and yet dragging us straight to her. Oh we were tryin ta head there alright, was hoping it was some small village's light house so we could hunker down until the sky clear away. But as we got closer ye ole little light started getting bigger and bigger, till Iroh on the crow's nest swore twas the morning sun comin on in. And when we got there boi. Light, from golden clouds hanging high on yonder, pushing away all da dark storm walls like they were ghosts being banished. And the water, calmed to a smooooooooooth low tide soon as we could see da sand bars. Jeriah hopped off the Misty Scabbard sayin he saw someting a glowin in the biggest mountain at the center. Heard not one word from the crew shoutin our warnings and goodbyes. That's why ya aint seen ya uncle Jeriah no mo boi, the island took him and it never let go. Don nothing natural nor holy glow in da darkest of storms like dat. Them currents was a beasty, tore apart many lesser boats and crews than us and ole Misty dat night and the only ting da coulda held back that demon was da devil himself ya hear? You become a sailor like ye ole man n ya promise me ya never set sail south. Go east towards the real sun boi."

ON THIS DAY, Joy to the world, Laughter for the souls, Power to the worthy, Providence for the innocent. Let the heavens, and the sun in all its very nature, sing.

From the south to the north, stretching west to east. You could see it, golden light stretching out across the sky in a brilliant flash, seeming to fill the heavens entire faster than one could blink. From the desert sands of Sunagakure bathing in the morning sun to far opposing reaches where Kumo and Kiri lay under clouded darkness of the night. You could see it, as mother nature sang his praises. Sailors' whose ships sway to and fro against assaulting currents would calm along with the winds as they looked up to see clouds cast out like shadows, like puddles drying up in the summer sun. You could hear it, the singing. A faint ringing from above as white light turn golden. You could hear children cheering at the familiar sight and in wonder of the unfamiliar scale of it. Children of the Leaf and the Cloud cheered the loudest but you could hear them, everywhere. Children who recognized the golden sight from a comic book, or a game, from bed time stories and rumors here and there. You could hear the teenagers gawking and jeering, just old enough to remember the light from a decade ago. Still young enough to dream as the children did but old enough to question it being some natural phenomena... You could hear the adults, crying, the few who remember, and the few who knew. The adults who knew the dawn was real. The ones old enough to remember The Hundred Year Peace, who had awaited to see that same light years ago when Amoghisaddhi came to end it. The adults old enough to remember when they lost their homes, their families. The adults who knew that if Yukio was choosing to wake up now, that it was either to celebrate their survival and help rebuild, or he was here to help stop something far worse than the Otsutsuki disaster. You could feel it, the tension, the excitement. Sages would feel the truth. Though it may have seemed to have expanded from the south at the speed of light, the truth was everything was heading for the Land of Sun. Natural light from every corner rushed to a focal point as if it was a black hole in a glorious display. They would feel the energies being dominated and commanded, feel the weather bending knee in kind. It would be as if the sun itself knelt and gave up some of its power in a welcoming display. Power that held partial key to a lock. Sensory shinobi of even the lower magnitudes would feel it, an explosion of chakra from the south that had previously been invisible to the senses, as if a barrier had suddenly been torn down. It was un-natural. Years would have to be taken to store up so much, a decade even. To them it would stand out more than the suddenly glowing sky. Even the sensory deprived could feel it, for the singing echoed deep into one's soul as it was the collective prayers of the world entire that made up its chorus. All would feel the approaching dawn.

The
golden light would linger in the sky for but a moment before seemingly vanishing before the eyes as Mount Takamagahara had taken what it needed and began to glow in the same very manner. Deep beneath its rock in a hollow chamber lay the dawn sleeping, training. Sealed away in the mountain, into its own dimension where time slows to a crawl. Ten years have passed for the world, fifty long gone for the dawn. It is here in its solitude it can rest and grow stronger, more capable, more prepared. Algorithms encompassing forgotten knowledge of centuries past and secrets of clans and shinobi renowned in their creation lay deeply carved into the surrounding rock, scrolls and tags. Fuinjutsu and Jujutsu on every inch of the hollow chamber all surrounded by layers of seals and barrier ninjutsu to cover it all up. As the soul sealed inside the room reacted to the world beyond it told the garbled mess of encoded scripts that it was time, like a caged animal beating against the walls as it demanded to be let out. And so the tether became yet another of the keys, signaling for the ritual of the awakening to begin. Body and soul became anchored together once more like a shadow being re-sown to the sole. Curses would be lifted, shackles torn and with a similar yet smaller flash of brilliant light like before, Yukio would emerge from the mountain core.

As the golden light above Konohagakure faded away it would be replaced by brilliant white flashes everywhere under a newly darkened sky for the dawn would choose the Leaf as its first destination the moment it awoke. Decided by familiar feelings and a gut wrenching sensation that told Yukio of something terrible beyond the negative emotions he lay deeply connected to. Everyday, every little ounce of despair replaced with a sudden desperation as a soul called out to old friends in danger. The same kind of feeling that warned him of a terrible future a mere decade ago. Consciousness that had been stretched across the world focused on the hidden leaf before the emergence of the dawn, giving the Senju the forewarning needed.

He would emerge, in the same brilliant white light flashes that had light up the now darkened streets, just as the third individual to have catch his attention would begin to play around with fire release. He would sense the Uchiha's error, or should he say, genius, before he could finish molding it and cause an accident. To protect himself and the others around, Konoha's Guiding Light would cloak the surrounding people in the very same aura that made his armor, the same energy that would have sent the chakra sensory shinobi of before into high alert as they seemed to suddenly gain the power of sages. It was a Holy armor that did many things but among them acted as a defensive layer that pushed back against foreign chakra's trying to enter, rendering genjutsu quite useless. Curiosity couldn't help but illuminate from the golden eyes of the Senju as he watched on at Jin Uchiha's display. No longer in need of worry by its illusionary affects that threatened to emerge, all that was left to witness was whether or not the boy could control it. They all got the answer about as quickly as Yukio had appeared as the jutsu became unstable and sent the young Uchiha flying in a similar manner to the first individual who had caught Yukio's attention and had been the primary reason he chose the Leaf as his first stop. A mere snap of the male's finger's was all it took to save Jin from his impending collision, instead dropping him back in front of the Senju where he had just stood a moment ago. The sound of Yukio's snap as well as the plop from Jin hitting the ground ass first would be overshadowed by a loud...

"PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT!"

IMG.jpg

Among the many tools and various objects stored within Yukio's invisible Fuinjutsu seals along his body, practical joke items were certainly among the most abundant next to weed and adventuring gear. Chief among the classics, a whoopee cushion. As Jin fell towards his safety and one of Yukio's classic pranks, the Senju would form a single half sign with the opposite appendage that had snapped a split second before. With perfect timing, the child would land as his dreamy monochrome flames smashed against the tree and turned a vibrant gold. Just as the heavens above it would be overtaken and commanded to extinguish itself, leaving the tree and everyone else unharmed. All around them the white flashes would continue as the entire village had began to fill the streets in a stir. Many pointed up at the darkened sky, black clouds now shutting out the mid day sun that had changed color just moments before, others began to rush towards the supply drops of the surrounding lights. Stalls, stages, games, rides and so much more set up around the entire village as if a festival had started. The cheering of the children from before now grew to an uproar as many of them spotted the figures appearing in and out of the flashing lights who were starting to take places up in a few of the stations as if to urge on the rest of the villagers to pick a spot and start having fun. Some adults walked outside to see similar wares of their stores now set up in stalls out front as if they were just begging them to get to work. It was as if whoever was setting up the festival had years to plan, or was someone who knew them all personally. It was as if Yukio knew everything they wanted and needed to laugh and have fun.

"It's Yukio! It's Yukio!"
"He's real!"

"Who?!"

"Thank the Gods he's finally back, does Kumo know?"
"Didn't you see that light? It stretched out beyond the horizon, there's no way he didn't alert the Land of Lightning."
"I thought he was just a comic book character..."
"I TOLD you he was real!"
"Shut up nerd."
"Where's the real one? Is he talking to Hokage-sama?"
"IT'S YUKIO!"

With the rest of the village becoming a crescendo that started out with confused mumbling and rose to a celebratory chorus, Yukio would finally set his sight on the first and second individuals that brought him to the Hidden Leaf. Ryojin would be able to feel the same kind of sensation as the sensory ninja before as a warmth engulfed the boy. Where the first felt by the others was a heralding, what Ryojin would experience was like an affectionate and grateful embrace that waned as quickly as it appeared it. It was a hug given by the same energy radiating from Konoha's Guiding Light. The chakra armor cloaking the others would fade away the same moment the embrace on Ryojin was released. Yukio would set new senses upon the boy to replace the ones that failed him before and what he saw confirmed his suspicions. A life force as radiant as Yukio's chakra. It was no wonder the young man was able to catch Gyoken before Yukio's seal could be undone and he could teleport to the rescue first. It took every ounce of Yukio's mental strength to keep up his playful facade as he looked down at the Uchiha in Ryojin's grasp. The same sight that was placed on his savior set upon him, and the sight nearly broke the man.

It was him, after decades of searching for the chance to apologize, it was him. The soul was a reincarnation, Yukio could feel the pull of old bonds he could only feel from such souls. A small part of Yukio questioned it, begged to test it. But the Senju wouldn't dare wake his long dead brother from such an exhausted state. There would be another time. He could push back the doubt inside of him, the soul was a match, Yukio was sure of it. Hell, they even looked alike. He became use to seeing old souls with new faces, maybe it was the resemblance that left him shaken up? All of it lay buried, beneath the mask. Yukio dare not let it go, not in front of children. Not in front of HIM. Yukio never showed the real him to Gyoken, he wanted nothing but joy and pranks for the boy. How would he be different? Was he still the little prankster Yukio tried raising him into? He doubted it, he hadn't been here for him like befo-

enough, Enough, ENOUGH!

Yukio buried it all before the emotions could begin to erupt from his aura again and looked back up at Ryojin.

Yukio-bust.png

"Nice catch kid! Tell me, do ya like fireworks?"

Before Ryojin could utter his answer the white flashing lights around the village came to a halt as the last of the preparations were completed, leaving the darkened sky to be suddenly lit up with fireworks of all shapes and colors.

As
the celebrations kicked into gear and the sky was reignited with a wonderous display of lights one figure could be seen slowly approaching the hokage manor, the one area of about 5 blocks surrounding the building that had been kept clear of festivities out of security and respect. The same senses that had reached out to Gyoken would be set upon a man standing upon the roof of his office, Ketsugo Uzumaki. As they did so, golden stairs of condensed light would shape before the building leading up to its summit, allowing the figure to approach the hokage face to face. And such is what it was, he would not appear before his old friend with a mere clone like the others. He would hope the Fuinjutsu master would understand why he was not the first in the village Yukio met, having only just recently switching himself for a clone in the Uchiha Compound. Upon arriving at the roof and standing before the Hokage, the Senju would outstretch his closed fist in a greeting that would be echoed by his voice appearing in Ketsugo's inner being. This communication was similar to a tailed beast host speaking to their bijuu and was only capable for Yukio with those he is closest to either in this life or one of their previous ones which have openly accepted the bond. It was a way for Yukio to allow his most trusted friends to recognize it was truly him before them and not some imposter. And Ketsugo was a friend Yukio trusted enough to take off the mask and let go of the facade.

"Forgive me... I couldn't protect either of the villages. But what I sensed back then wasn't Amoghisaddhi. I can still feel it lingering in the future. We need to talk..."

In the midst of night, there were a few things that took place within Kumogakure that called for this Kunoichi's attention as she was one of the many guards who was stationed around the village. For starters, there were clones of Earth ninja around the village who all had seemed to be in altercation with other guards, mainly the assassins the Nubatama Clan. She knew how they operated and came to the decision that they didn't need her assistance with this situation as these gaurds were skilled enough to handle things. However, if there were clones around then the actual shinobi was definitely around somewhere, as such Sayuki simply performed the shadow clone technique, allowing 2 small clouds to manifest to her left and right just to reveal 2 identical beings that look exactly like Sayuki herself. After these clones manifested, each of them took off in separate directs, one heading towards the Raikage office to inform him incase he was unaware of whats was going on, and one searching alleyways and areas outside of the wall. During this time, Sayuki as well as her clones were able to hear movement within the water along with the opening of a door, as such scents foreign to the land were revealed to her. The clone wondering the streets waisted absolutely no time at all as the muscles in her legs began contracting at an incredible speed which caused her legs to immediately bulge to incredible proportions, immediately after a process that only took about a second to complete; Sayuki used the strength in her legs to shoot herself directly towards the Raikage office where Kyaro was currently located and reaching his location in a literally a single second. "Kyaro! A group of ninja just appeared outside the village walls from underwater. Whatever this is needs to wait, we have bigger problems! Take to the roofs, maybe you'll be able to see something i'm missing!"

Simultaneously with the clone heading towards Kyaro, the clones nearest to the smell performed the same technique to leap into the direction it was coming from at a faster pace, using the sound of the water and door opening as a catalyst along with their bodily scents. As such, she arrived atop the wall directly near the group she had just tracked by smell and sound alone. As she watched someone reached for a pair of swords from their back, she performed the hand signs {Uma - Tori - Sha} with such quickness and smoothness as a mysterious red transparent smog began to fill the area created from the very Earth she stood on with traces of ligature. Though, before smog reached their location, the stench of rotting flesh, bones, intestines, ect. filled the entire vicinity 5 times that of the normal stench alone. During this time, the area was also filled with a feeling of dread and horror, a feeling of pure desire to kill as if one's soul purpose in life is the complete genocide of others. A feeling from a single being projected in waves that only grows worse by the second, any around within a 1 mile distance without the proper power to withstand her bloodlust will fall unconscious, and those with a stronger power will have depictions being spread through their mind of the Legendary Wendigo beast which will cause her bloodlust to grow even further to a more potent and horrifying level as she uses her chakra to further empower it.

As for Sayuki herself, she'd notice a flash of light the illuminated the entire sky, temporarily turning it from night to day. Though the light vanished just as quickly as it appeared. This put a hint of worry in Sayuki for the simple fact she's never seen something like that before, especially with the fact of what was all going on at the moment. The young girl took a moment to think before coming to a conclusion, that's it.. it had to be "him". Regardless of the matter, she noticed a young man wondering the village streets and decided to stop by before he made it to his destination at the Raikage's office. "Good another shinobi, you'll be helping with the evacuation of the citizens. Should you see anything else out of the ordinary, let me know. Be careful incase other ninja from foreign lands are around, watch yourself!"

All this was quite entertaining to the Saikลdaihyล before the Raikage, even with everything going out in the streets of Kumogakure. Things had gotten entirely out of hand, but when was that not the case with Land of Lightning? Chaos creates an opportunity for those bold enough to seize it. As he waited patiently, he drifted out in thought as he glanced around the office only to be brought back by the voice of the Raikage. He turned to him with an innocent, charming smile. The Raikage had questions, the Saikลdaihyล had answers. โ€œStraight down to business, huh!โ€ The Saikลdaihyล clapped his hands together joyfully, โ€œI like it. Sunrise, sundown, dawn, duskโ€•all trivial in the grand schemes of things. Perhaps we walked a bit faster than we shouldโ€™ve or we found a shortcut, is it really that important?โ€ The Saikลdaihyล chuckled genuinely as he opened his arms outwards as if he were about to embrace someone, which he wasnโ€™t. โ€œThe important thing is that we have arrived, but it seems you have some uninvited guest.โ€ The man gestured out toward the outside where all the noise was coming from, โ€œThis isnโ€™t my doing. Iโ€™ve come here to create a peace treaty. Iโ€™d offer assistance with your problem, but I actually prefer having a watchful eye on me so you can see that Iโ€™m not up to any shenanigans. Of course, when Iโ€™m aware and assassins arenโ€™t being forced to follow. Heh.โ€ the Saikลdaihyล chuckled, โ€œDonโ€™t worry, Iโ€™ll wait right here.โ€

Once Kyaro got the first few responses from the person he was supposed to be meeting with, his eyes narrowed towards him in a very annoyed manner, the first impressions of the Daimyo was already leaning in a bad direction but regardless, the meeting was important either way it went. "You arriving before we were scheduled is important, considering the fact there were things I needed to get done before your arrival. You coming hours early had thrown my schedule off. On top of what I see going on between my guards and your 'clones', this is already looking bad for you." Right after that, one of his childhood friends he went to the academy with arrived at near them after leaping through one of the open windows to inform them about some outsiders attempting something right outside of the gate. This information was indeed important for him to know and as he prepared to make his way to the roof tops, he stopped to reply to the man along with his people all at once. "You'll definitely have eyes on you, as of right now you're our number one suspect in the matter as no prior problems have come up since the destruction of the main villages until your arrival in our village. My gaurds/assassins are doing their job by watching over the streets and following who they deem suspicious. So whatever you did to get put on that list is your own doing, you're aware of what happened before and as a leader you should have been smarter with your approach. Sayuki, make sure anybody who gets near here that isn't part of our village or part of his group is taken out. Zaniya.. make sure he doesn't try anything funny, if he does get rid of him. Oh yea.. Daimyo, I expect the real you to be here when I return."

After that was said, Kyaro made his way up to the top of the building, and used his keen sense of sight to look over the village. Further observing what was going within the streets between the Daimyo and the guards. Now wasn't the time for him to be patient with intruders, especially without knowing their intentions. With him being the Raikage it was already his duty to ensure the safety of the village and its people, but as a husband as well as a soon to be father, Kyaro was going to do whatever it took to ensure the safety of everyone in the village, especially his family. As such, Kyaro bit nicked the tip of his thumb with his sharp teeth before performing the necessary hand signs {Tori - Sha - I - Jin - Inu}. Once performed, he slammed his hand on the roof to his office. "Summoning Jutsu: Raimei!" With this, a massive smokescreen appeared over the entire village, nearly covering the village as a whole. Once the screen beginning to disappear, the entire village seemed to have gotten much darker to the point if it weren't for the few lights coming from the Raikage office and couple other homes, the village would be pitch black. After the smoke finally disappeared, a massive white and black 4 winged beast appeared right above the village as it released a loud and obnoxious screech strong enough to rattle even the buildings from the vibrations alone, which was also followed by electrical streaks going along the streets of Kumogakure from her massive body itself which alone covered a large portion of the village, and the wingspan further covering another huge portion alone. "Something's suspicious going on Raimei, I need you to stay here for a bit just incase we need you." An annoyed sigh came from the creatures mouth as yhe flapping of her wings created winds powerful to part seas. "Go back to what you were doing young one. I'll handle things from here should the need for it to arise."

Upon arriving to face the invaders in her village, Mito detected her sister and another fellow Kumo nin near her so within the mist she creates twenty darkness clones from her body and sent them out to help civilians leave the area while the other two clones left to alert Sayuki and the man that's with her, Mito returned her gaze on the men before her "Whoever you are, best take your pathetic asses back home before I have to send your manly parts to your parents, individually myself" her growl being enhanced with chakra making it sound louder and more animalistic while her shadow began to expand and widen around her "Unless you are invited by husband, the raikage than your free to go" she says but her killing intent and bloodlust began to ooze out of her like fog rolling over the Kiri nin, heavy and overpowering like a wave, her appearance literally resembling Mizuchi, The Purple Water Daimyล. While her battle with the Kiri ninjas is ready to explode, Shanlong appeared in the office while The Saikลdaihyล was vanishing but didn't care for him only for his summoner's husband "not here" flew office around the building but sensed something outside so he went to the roof and saw Kyaro there "Lord Ninth Raikage! your wife has urgent news for you!" he flew to the man and crawls onto his shoulder and hands him the scroll.

As the sun had not yet made its appearance, a beam of light comprised of chakra helped illuminate the sky even more. Had this light beam been dispatched from the Gods or just a natural phenomenon? The Mizukage was not here to discover this mystery as his intentions were made clear, to unify all of the Land of Water's shinobi under one regime. The raw lightning strikes that sprung from the thunderous clouds preceded to be an issue as the clouds and their creations continued to be an issue for the entire village Hidden in Lightning. With strings of lightning moving at a speed of 1/1000th of a second to reach the ground. It was deemed damn-near impossible for one to sense the raw lightning, dodge, and/or attempt to mold chakra and combat the stream of lightning that had not contained an ounce of chakra within them. This fact of the lightning remained true as it forced his opponents to revert back to the limitations of man before becoming followers of ninshu. Complimented by the mist rain, chakra-infused techniques were voided and one would find themselves in a state of disbelief as their decades of training had remained irrelevant within Isamu's reign. The Mizukage's abilities were an anomaly to the other leaders of the other four Great Nations, but time and space shared a harmonic relationship that supported the Jashinist's ideals only released by his overwhelming power. Lightning pounded against the roof intensely electrifying those who chose to sightsee today. The roof collapsed when struck by the natural potent power of lightning, but had not devoured the entire building. Had one been in the office of the Raikage and remained in a stone-like position they become a victim of the lightning's will.
2158bb5c4bfb4c38461bc846df013877.png

The hooded shinobi feet chakra and physical presence had remained concealed similar to his pupil who stood adjacent to him. A master of the silent killing technique, Isamu's heavy thud of boots on the steps had not released a sound almost as if the man was a spiritual entity hovering over the ground. Moving seamlessly through the dark stairway he finally made it to his destination. The absence of light within the stairway was useful as it perfectly camouflaged the Mizukage physical appearance, though it failed to suppress the scarlet luminous radiance that emitted from the ominous shinobi's orbs. Isamu's eyes throbbed as he could gradually feel his chakra collecting there. The cherry red light was overwhelmingly bright enough to capture's one curiosity. Isamu took a deep breath as if he were building up chakra in the bottom of his stomach. He dropped his hips the slightest bit, and leaned forward, before thrusting his hands forward. Still surrounded by the shroud of darkness, the hooded shinobi begin to formulate the necessary hand seals to activate his jutsus. Here the Mizukage was to show his mastery of ninjutsu as he was adept to use Contemporaneous Ninjutsu a rare technique where he could combine two or more completely different techniques and summon them simultaneously. The siphoning rain underwent a transformation that would not be noticed by the naked eye. Mirroring each raindrop as the infamous Hoshigaki's sharks, shredding through anything that it came in contact with. Each raindrop consisted of Isamu's poisonous chakra type, hoping each victim becomes a part of his volatile militia. Within the same breath, water particles begin to surround the Mizukage but had not compacted together to become visible.

Continuing to stare forward towards the Raikage and his guest, Isamu's head nodded signaling that it was now time to be on the offensive. The goal was to not start a full fledge war between the Land of Water and the Land of Lightning but to reunite the shinobi of the Kirigakure under one regime. Once Mizuchi's daughter was neutralized, Kirigakure forces were to retreat back to the Land of Water. This mission was understood and reviewed multiple times so everyone knew their purpose and goals. The streams of lightning enchanted the sky as it poured down with enough striking to fully melt metal. It was as if the lightning recharged one's thoughts of how dangerous the shinobi world is while the rain cleansed them of any aspects of being a shinobi, while the thunder resonated so deep in one's bones.

Time Skip:

Land of Water retreated from the Land of Lightning successfully capturing Mito Chinoike and transporting her back to Kirigakure. All traces of the Land of Water forces chakra were erased and no residue was found. It is still unsure if the Land of Lightning learned about the Land of Water's attack, and may think that the Land of Earth is responsible. The meeting between Kumogakure and Iwagakure has continued.

A lot of commotion had happened and eventually it would settle. In the entirety of the moment, the Supreme Leader stood by the window witnessing everything occur through his shimmering emerald eyes. Hands behind his back, he clearly did not pose a threat. Not even his guards, who each stood in separate corners of the room, seem to appear hostile. Spectators through and through. As the storm settled and the enemy forces retreated, it was then when he chuckled to himself about the situation. โ€œWell, it seems that they got what they had come from.โ€ What exactly was it? He had no idea, but the one certainty was that this provided an opportunity. One he would try his best to capitalize upon. โ€œSo, have you identified who the culprits were?โ€ He questioned the Raikage about the aftermath.

With the events eventually coming to a conclusion, there were indeed many things that had come to the mind of the young and new Raikage, he speculated that the intruders were from the Land Of Water, given the fact he was no longer able to sense the chakra of his first wife Mito. This indeed enraged him and definitely wanted to bathe in the blood of those responsible for such an act against his village, it wasn't something as simple as kidnapping a random villager or shinobi.. No.. This was much more personal in the eyes of the Thunder God's Apprentice. However, since there was also conflict between the lightning and earth just moments prior to the situation that has just taken place, Kyaro couldn't immediately eliminate them from being suspects just yet. As such, his demeanor changed from his usual cocky type to a much more serious and aggravated one, not even caring about hiding his intentions as he walked over to his desk to take a seat at his chair. "It seems so. The person they took is fine, she'll be able to communicate with us any time she needs to. And given her status as well as the clans she's from... she can take care of herself in the mean time. But I do have a question for you, Earth Daimyo." Not bothering to answer the last question just yet, Kyaro had an idea on who was responsible for the attack, and the answer of the Daimyo was going to confirm rather or not he's right, or wrong about the situation. "How do you think these culprits should be handled. Should I look over the situation and write it off.. or get rid of them as a whole?"

The young raikage already knew exactly what he planned to do, especially in the moment. Will the daimyo be merciful or go a more... bloody route? His bloodlust was leaking almost uncontrollably to the point even his own guards within the office and building itself froze in fear, this wasn't a aside he's ever shown since most of the time he's calm and relaxed; Though this time was a completely different story. He didn't just want his wife returned to him, he wanted the head of whoever was responsible. As such, Kyaro's eyes gazed over the body of Saito as well as the earth Daimyos guards to study their body language while asking the question and having it be answered. One could see the frustration within Kyaro as his body began letting off electrical sparks as he kept himself from lashing out altogether while thinking to himself.
"So... what;s it gonna be Daimyo. Mercy... or Death?"

โ€œOh good!โ€ The Supreme Leader said in response joyfully that sheโ€™d be able to communicate. In that same moment, he also responded with a โ€œHm?โ€ In regards to the Raikage stating he had a question for him. The Raikage was serious in comparison to his disposition not too long ago. He wasnโ€™t even hiding it which led the Supreme Leader to hypothesize a variety of explanations. This woman, whoever was captured, was valuable to not only the Land of Water, but also to the Land of Lightning. And whoever she may be, or may have been, the Raikage was close to her in some sort of way. They had some relationship.

The Supreme Leader turned to face the Raikage as he asked his question, which he could only chuckle at before responding. โ€œRevenge..โ€ he smacked his tongue on his front two teeth as he thought to himself for a moment. โ€œRevenge isnโ€™t a passion, itโ€™s a disease. Iโ€™m sure you want to go and exact your revenge in the most indiscriminate fashion. But..โ€ he chuckled. His glossy eyes werenโ€™t even focused on the Raikage, it was like he was looking off into space envisioning the Raikage go into Land of Water and cause mass murder for what itis. โ€œIn the end, it only eats your mind and poisons your soul. You won't be the same after, no one will.โ€

There was pause, giving the impression that the Supreme Leader had finished speaking. Anyone at this point couldโ€™ve spoken up and said something. โ€œNot only that, but those actions only establish a war. They attacked, you counter-attack, and then they will counter-attack your counter attack. Itโ€™s messy! Lives will be lost. Innocent lives at that.โ€ By this point the Supreme Leader was testing the moral compass of the young Raikage. โ€œBut there is a way. If youโ€™re interested in hearing. It was why I have come this far to meet with you.โ€ As he finished speaking, the Supreme Leader would walk toward the desk the Raikage was at and take a seat on the other side. A smile plastered upon his face as he waited for the Raikageโ€™s response.
